MK Catering is a catering business from Michael K Clayson. It covers all areas catering, whether it's delicious hot meals delivered to your door, healthy homemade ready meals frozen to order, romantic picnics or garden parties.

I've been in the Catering and Hospitality trade for over 12 years and it's been my passion since a child. I started catering at the age of 14 when I got a Saturday job at Churchill's Hotel, where I prepped plates for big functions such as weddings and events. From school I studied at Thanet college, one of the best catering colleges in England. I completed a full-time 3 year course and gained my professional chef qualifications. After college I worked for Dunkerleys seafood restaurant and hotel in Deal. I gained valuable experience from head chef Ian Dunkerley in a 2 AA rosette fine dining restaurant and I worked my way up to sous chef and run the kitchen in Mr Dunkerley's absence. I then moved on to further my career and became head chef at The Cliffe hotel in st.margarets. I'm now offering for you to taste my cooking as a caterer for your buffets, events, weddings and special occasion's.
